3 Great Sites Providing Free Stock Photos

Stock photos are, in my opinion, underestimated. I'm not saying organizations should run entire ad campaigns using just stock photos, but for day to day communication, content marketing, web design, folders, social media content, e-mail marketing etc, they are a great way to go. Although, don't be afraid to tweak and manipulate the photos in order to make them suit the strategy and your organization. I have posted som examples of images I have created out of completely free stock photos, just to show what you can do with them.
There are plenty of sites to choose from providing free stock photos, although it's time-consuming looking through a bunch of sites in search of a useful photo, trust me, I've been there. Therefore I have chosen three sites, the only three sites I use, that I think offers the best range of photos and the most useful and high quality photos. All the photos and videos provided by these sites are completely free to use, and modify, for commercial and noncommercial purposes. Pexels currently carry over 40 000 free stock photos and every month they add at least 3000 new photos. Pexels provides high quality and completely free stock photos licensed under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) license. All photos are tagged, searchable, and it is also easy to discover photos through the discover pages. Also check out their range of free stock videos at videos.pexels.com.
Unsplash has a huge library with 300 000+ free photos with thousands being added each day. Their collections makes it easy to find the photos you need, or the inspiration you need to create great content. Unsplash photos have been used in everything from Apple keynotes to photos used in default themes in Wordpress
All photos available on Stocksnap are released for free under the Creative Commons - CC0. All the photos are categorized and tagged which makes it easy to find the photos you need. They also provide a page with trending photos to spark you creativity.
